Youderian Construction is accepting applications for the following positions:
Employee will be asked to perform tasks involving physical labor at job sites, such as:
- Residential and commercial building sites
- Demolition sites
- Roadway projects
- Construction sites
- Excavation sites
Employees may help prepare job sites, dig trenches, set braces to support excavation locations, erect scaffolding, clean up debris, and operate hand and power tools.
This position requires performing activities that require considerable use of your body. Applicants should be able to walk, bend, balance, stoop, lift, drive, climb, and handle materials.
Employee will operate heavy equipment including front-end loaders, dozers, scrapers, tractors, graders, compactors, and other pieces of equipment as needed. The operation of heavy equipment on jobs will be to push, move, haul, compact, and grade dirt, rock, and other material at job sites. Employees hired in this position may work in teams with other equipment operators, drivers, and laborers or may be asked to work independently depending on the nature of the job.
Employees will also be expected to perform daily safety and maintenance checks, clean equipment, transport, park, and store heavy equipment.
Applicants applying for a position as a Driver at Youderian Construction Inc. must have a valid Class A Commercial Driving License (CDL) in the state of Montana.
Class A Licenses allow the holder to operate any combination of vehicles, including:
- a vehicle exceeding 26,000 GVWR that is towing a trailer over 10,000 pounds
- articulated buses with a GCVWR exceeding 26,000 pounds
- any vehicle authorized to be driven under Class B, C or D
The applicant must supply a copy of their current CDL and their Department of Transportation medical card if awarded an interview for this position. Endorsements are not required for this position, but are encouraged. If applicant has any endorsements (tank, double/triple trailers, hazardous materials) those should be noted on the job application. All applicants must have a clean driving record.
Applicants are expected to safely operate semi trucks pulling trailers to include, but no limited to, belly dumps, end dumps, side dumps, conveyors, and pup trailers. Drivers will haul dirt, stone, waste, construction products, equipment, and other materials to and from job sites.
Drivers are expected to perform daily safety checks and pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. Drivers are responsible for maintaining company equipment and completing all appropriate trip and safety documentation as required per DOT regulations and Youderian Construction Inc.

Employees are expected to work Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Hours may vary due to the nature of our work and the needs of customers. Work schedules may vary from week to week. Weekend and holiday hours may be required during out-of-town jobs or in the case of an urgent request.
Employees work outside 90% of the time due to the nature of our business. Therefore, employees must be prepared to work in all environmental conditions on a daily basis. Safety is our top priority so employees are required to wear appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal protective equipment as dictated by the job.
